Here's how to set up Chapter Chairs to view the Chapter Chair reports.
For the Chapter Administrator:
- login
- click on Manage Chapter Volunteers
- click on the Chair's name
- The username and password the chair will need is on line 2
- On the 3rd line of their profile, make sure the *Position field reads Chair.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on Submit Information to save the change
For the Chair once the Administrator has done the above:
- Login as volunteer into WebIt: http://www.edmisscore.org/XXXX/index.asp where XXXX is replaced with your 4 digit chapter number (i.e. 0123, 0028, 0523)
- In the list of links of at the top, click on Chapter Chair Reports
- The resulting page will have the additional reports
Here's how to set up District Director to view the District reports. Please note these are tied to the home chapter of the Director.
For the Chapter Administrator:
- login
- click on Manage Chapter Volunteers
- click on the Director's name
- The username and password the director will need is on line 2
- On the 3rd line of their profile, make sure the *Position field reads DD.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on Submit Information to save the change
For the Chair once the Administrator has done the above:
- Login as volunteer into WebIt: http://www.edmisscore.org/XXXX/index.asp where XXXX is replaced with your 4 digit chapter number (i.e. 0123, 0028, 0523)
- In the list of links of at the top, click on District Reports
- The resulting page will have the additional reports
